牙隐裂作为常见牙体硬组织非龋性疾病,临床表现具有多样性、非特异性和不可逆等特点。多数牙隐裂由于其非特异性的症状以及缺乏精确有效的诊断工具,而被延误治疗。特别是早期牙隐裂因症状不明显在临床上易被漏诊或难以做出明确诊断。联合应用精准的诊断技术,及早对牙隐裂进行诊断和干预,防止裂纹进一步发展,使患牙得以保留更长的时间。本文将近些年发展起来的针对牙隐裂的诊断技术,包括显微放大与染色法及透照法联合的视诊技术、定量叩诊技术、咬诊器检查技术以及影像学检查技术等的特点、临床应用现状,存在的问题和应用前景进行了总结和分析。
Abstract:As a common non-caries disease in hard tissues of teeth, cracked teeth is characterized by multiple, non-specific and irreversible clinical manifestations. The use of highly efficient diagnostic tools would improve prognosis by enabling early diagnosis and intervention. The present review discussed in detail various new diagnostic techniques for cracked teeth that have been developed in recent years, including new visual examination methods with the combined application of microscopy and staining, quantitative percussion diagnostics, new biting tests, and diagnostic imaging techniques. The characteristics, clinical-application status, existing problems, and application prospects of these novel diagnostic techniques for cracked teeth were summarized and analyzed in this review.
