目的:观察银粉玻璃离子治疗老年后牙根面龋的临床疗效。方法:对2年内老年后牙根面龋492颗,分别用银粉玻璃离子、卡瑞斯玛、银汞合金3种材料随机充填,随访观察12-18个月。结果:银粉玻璃离子充填成功率为91.30%,与银汞合金和卡瑞斯玛充填的疗效成功率差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:银粉玻璃离子充填老年后牙根面龋,获得较好的治疗效果。
Abstract：Objective: To observe the clinical effect of filling posterior root caries with glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative (GSRR) for the elderly. Methods: 492 teeth with posterior cementum caries form old patients were divided into three groups and filled with GSRR, Charisma(light-cared composite resin) and amalgam respectively. The patients were followed up for 12-18 months. Results: The success rate of glass ionomer silver reinforced restorative group was 91.30%, which was significantly higher than that of the other two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions: Filling cementum caries of posterior teeth by GSRR for the elderly obtained a better curative effect compared with resin and amalgam, which deserves popularizing.
